2021 - 2024

Principal Designer | BENLabs | Provo, Utah (Remote)

Researched and designed an AI-powered “auto-recommendation” feature for an internal application. Reduced the time internal associates spent manually searching measured by through reduced task completion times.
Researched and produced a Service Design map for internal service processes resulting in critical changes to the company’s business operations, helping drive BENLabs’ transformation to a tech company.
Led design updates for a B2B client-based application reducing the number of calls and emails internal client-service associates had to field.
Cross-functional team captain. Acted as a leading voice in defining UX strategy and AI integration for 0-1 SaaS product.
Moderated over 100 user interviews and usability tests. Co-founder to the establishment of a new research database and a foundational contributor to a new tagging system that translated raw research data into actionable insights.
Mentored and led multiple product teams that had no product owners, driving alignment on key metrics, formulating product strategies, and boosting team morale through leadership and support.

Defined and executed the integration strategy of a new global design system, managing two front-end engineers and guiding their career growth. Laid down the foundational groundwork for the local design team’s design system library. Ambassador to the global design team council.

Lead UX Designer | ADP | Pasadena, CA

Lead designer on multiple projects across ADP’s SmartCompliance and Redbox cloud applications.
Designed administrative tools for the ALINE pay-card service including card issuance, card inventory, order history, auto-reorders, status updates, and funding services. Additionally, created the consumer-side experience of the pay-card service, including deposit and statement management, atm location, account settings, and fund transfers.
Designed administration settings for ADP’s SmartCompliance, allowing clients to set up user permissions for individual and groups, create and apply user and group level permissions, and set up working groups.
Designed client profile settings for ADP SmartCompliance, providing the primary feature set that allowed clients to set up and manage their company's organization, including subsidiary companies, banking partners, e-signatures, wage garnishment services, and internal contacts.

Designed and developed front-end experiences, including Newegg.com and ABS.com (Newegg’s in-house brand), from concept to launch.
Designed and coded front-end experiences for Newegg.com, including the home page, category pages, product pages, shopping cart, and checkout.
Lead designer for a seasonal Black Friday ad campaign, winning an internal design competition, beating out 3rd party design agencies, and driving creative direction for one of the biggest seasonal sale campaigns of the year.
